About

Parking in New York is a coordination problem.

Coordn8 is a New York City company building tools that make street and garage parking less of a guessing game — starting with the rules on your block and the neighbor who’s about to pull out.

What we make

The Coordn8 app for iPhone: read any NYC street’s cleaning schedule and meter rules, get reminded before the sweeper, and coordinate with a neighbor who’s leaving a spot. How it works.
The garage map: every actively licensed NYC garage and lot, from city records, with a link to see live rates.
Guides to NYC parking rules, tickets and costs, sourced from the city.

What we believe

Public parking stays public. Coordn8 never sells, rents or holds a street space, and no money changes hands between members — we share timing and restate city rules. Read why in our swap guidelines.

Who we are

Coordn8 was founded in New York City by Ayoola Abudu and is built by a small team that parks here too.
